During the pandemic I used meditation techniques to get through stressful times. This led to a discovery of the Solfeggio scale of vibrational tones, beautiful ancient music originally found in Gregorian chants and believed to have beneficial effects, both physical and mental, to those in proximity to the sounds. Each tone is said to have healing properties in different physical and emotional areas, and the scales are associated with a colour and an element.
